Question: I lost the remote control. What can only the wall control do？
Answer: The wall switch only can turn on/off the pendant light and change the color temperature. The fan is unavailable. 

Question: Is the light bright enough for a kitchen?
Answer: The lamp has a dimming feature so you can control the amount of light. Using the highest setting provides bright light. Definitely bright enough for a kitchen. But the size of your kitchen needed to be considered. Maybe you need an additional light source. Thanks.
